Sound familiar?

Your C-section was years ago. Your body can still change.

Most mamas were never told they needed to do anything about their C-section. If any of this feels like you, this workshop was made for you.

🤍

"My shelf hasn't moved."

It's been years and the C-section shelf is still there, along with lumpy, stuck scar tissue nobody warned you about.

💜

"My core still feels weak."

You can't do a sit-up or trust your body to brace and lift, even after going back to the gym.

🌿

"My back always hurts."

It's become background noise you've stopped mentioning, and you're scared this is just your new normal.

You're not imagining it, and it's not too late. Fascial tissue responds to the right work, however long it has been.

What you'll learn

In one live hour, you'll walk away with tools you can use that same day.

  • 1

Why the shelf and weak core last for years

Stuck scar tissue and a core that was never retrained, and why going back to the gym often doesn't change it.

  • 2

Fascial massage for 1 year and beyond

Why the techniques differ from early recovery, and how to start even if your scar still feels tight or numb.

  • 3

    The ABCs of core retraining

Alignment, Breathing and Core control: the foundation most mamas miss, even years later.

  • 4

    More than the shelf

How scar tissue and core weakness can connect to scar pulling, painful sex, back pain, and bladder or digestive issues.

  • 5

    Real results, plus live Q&A

Before and after stories from mamas at every timeline, then your questions answered live.

Real mamas, real timelines

See what changed for them.

Every body, every scar type, every goal.

Janette Yee, Certified Athletic Therapist and C-section recovery specialist
Your host

Hi, I'm Janette. I'm so glad you're here.

I'm a Certified Athletic Therapist with more than 20 years of experience, and a mom myself. When I graduated, C-section rehabilitation didn't exist as a specialty anywhere in the world, so I started seeing mamas one-on-one in their homes.

What I learned changed everything: a mama's own hands, doing the right 5 minutes of scar massage daily, can do more than I ever could seeing her a few times a month. She just needs to know exactly what to do. That's what I'll show you.

Always in your corner, Janette
